PAYMENTS & DELIVERY

When you place your order online, our system will send you an email order confirmation / invoice with an 'RC' number.  Please quote this number with any queries you may have regarding your order.

Shipping Options

Postage is calculated automatically on checkout with most orders usually processed and despatched within 2 - 5 days of receipt. However, if your order is urgent, then please select the Special-Delivery option at checkout and we do out best to expedite your order for you. However, if you need your order to arrive for a specific deadline - Please contact us before you order, to confirm if this is going to be possible.

We despatch most orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays with larger orders and courier orders being despatched Wednesdays and Fridays.

Note: Special Delivery does not mean Next Day delivery from point of ordering. However It does guarantee an Insured, Next Day delivery from despatch.

Paying by Card?

Glowtec use SAGEPAY, PAYPAL and NOCHEX to securely process all credit and debit card payments.  All these companies provide a safe and secure means of processing a credit card payment, without your card details ever being revealed to any individual.

As payment by phone is insecure, we regret that we cannot accept payments over the phone.

Purchase Orders

For NHS, Care-Homes, Education, Local & Central Government organisations etc, we  will accept Official Purchase Orders on a   strict 30 day settlement basis. 

(£50 minimum order value applies for POs)

International Orders

International orders do incur higher shipping costs. However Glowtec will keep these costs as low as possible. For larger / heavier orders, should there be any significant additional cost, we will advise and you have the option to cancel or pay any surcharge / insurance cost. 

Please note:  International / Overseas orders will be shipped by Courier. Smaller orders will be sent by International Recorded Delivery or Airsure wherever possible. 

Paying by Cheque?

If you prefer, you may also pay by cheque or postal order. Please print of your order receipt and send together with your payment, to the address provided on the order page.
